ONGOING CARE
Our maintenance plans are available in annual, bi-annual, and quarterly options. Every visit includes cleaning, tightening, and minor fixes, with inspection included twice per year.
Plans are available across Omaha and surrounding communities, with priority member response targeting on-site support in under 24 hours. If your current deck needs a larger update before enrollment, start with our custom deck building service.
PLAN DETAILS
All plans include cleaning, tightening of deck components, and minor fixes. Planned inspections are completed twice per year to catch issues early.
Stain and seal work, board replacement, and structural repairs are excluded from base plan pricing and are handled as quoted upcharges when needed.
Pricing is presented as a range for each cadence option (annual, bi-annual, quarterly), followed by a custom quote based on deck size, material, and condition.
